what a start to my job as a PTI.
just when i thought i had a long weekend, where we had a half day on friday, the entire BRTC recalled everyone of us at around 9pm yesterday.
i was at the national library studying for my ACCA at the time when they called.
and i was lucky to have my uniform with me as i went there straight from camp.

when i got the call, i called some of my friends to comfirm whether we were involved.
they didn't know either so i called my OC for comfirmation.
at first he said that since we just passed out, we didn't need to go back.
i was relieved that i didn't need to go back especially when it was already quite late.
so called the rest to pass the message.
however, a few minutes later, i got a call from my OC saying that we needed to go back.
like damn it.
had to tell everyone to go back.
some were out and had to rush back home to get their uniforms etc.
most of us took the taxi because if we took our public transportation, it'll take forever even though Singapore is "small".
luckily we were told that we could claim our taxi fares. haha

some of us didn't make it on time but at least we can get 80% of our wing to reach the camp in 1hr after the call.
so when everything was over, i called them to turn around. haha

and since the entire camp had 80% manpower within 1hr, our commander of BRTC gave us half day off.
which is great. haha
anyway, eventful day considering. haha

then today was really fun.
had squash today!
its been awhile and it was great.
but did get quite irritated as everything felt weird.
but towards the end, i felt better.
i guess i just need to start playing regularly again. haha

after squash, friends and i went to the national stadium's gym.
did some weights and all.
what was really the highlight of the gym session was the rockwall climbing. haha
really starting to get interested in the sport.
something new and different.

after lunch at beach road (chicken rice!!!), headed back home for a swim.
really wanted to build my aerobic system.
get into shape or rather better shape. haha

so thats my day.
fun for some and 'no life' to other but who really cares.
i enjoyed it :)
